Hornear primero la tarta, rehogar el puerro una vez terminado, agregarle huevos y crema previamente batidos. colocar en la tarta como base, quesos muzarella y chedar rayados, x encima el puerro , queso provolone y x ultimo verter los huevos con la crema.
