Ingredientes: 1 disco de tarta 2 manzanas verdes 1 taza de azucar 100gr de manteca
Preparación Estirar una tapa de tarta y cubrirla con 2 manzanas verdes en rodajas finas (con el pela papas quedan bárbaras). Los espolvoreo con azúcar y manteca.
Según los gustos puede incorporarse canela, membrillo, pasas, nueces, mermelada de frambuesa.... etc. Lo enrollo y doblo las puntas. Espolvoreo la parte de arriba con manteca y azúcar y llevo al horno. Servir con crema chantilly o helado de americana.
