SALSA BLANCA / BECHAMEL SAUCE

Ingredientes:

  • 60 Gr de manteca

  • 2 cdas de harina común o leudante

  • 1/2 litro de leche caliente o crema de leche

  • sal

  • pimienta



Preparación:

  • Derretir 60 gr de manteca, agregar 2 cdas de harina, cocinar unos minutos y verter de a poco ½ litro de leche caliente. Cuidar que. no se formen grumos

  • Salpimentar y cocinar hasta que espese.

  • Si se quiere bien espesa, menos leche.

Ingredients:

  • 60 grams of butter

  • 2 tablespoons of all purpose or self-rising flour

  • 1/2 liter of hot milk or heavy cream

  • Salt

  • Pepper


Directions:

  • Melt 60 g of butter, add 2 tablespoons of flour, cook for a few minutes and slowly pour ½ liter of hot milk.

  • Season and cook until it thickens

  • If you want it very thick, use less milk.
