Ingredientes: Arroz Carolina fideos cabello de ángel aceite sal agua
Preparación : En una cacerola chica dorar a fuego mínimo los fideos en un chorrito de aceite,
previamente triturados con la mano. Agregar el arroz (1 pocillo por persona) y
mezclar. Agregar agua (2 pocillos por cada pocillo de arroz), mezclar y tapar hasta que se consuma el agua.
