Ingredientes: ½ KG DE MANZANAS,
2 cdas de azúcar,
1 cdta de esencia de vainilla (opcional)
Procedimiento:
Pelar las manzanas y cortarlas en rodajas gruesas. Cocinarlas en una bolsa
para horno, pinchada. Cocinar en máximo 8 minutos. Sacar la bolsa y pisar las
manzanas en la bolsa hasta reducirlas a puré. Agregar azúcar y esencia y
mezclar.

Process: Peel the apples and cut them into thick slices. Cook them in a bag for oven, punctured. Cook in maximum 8 minutes. Take out the bag and step on the apples in bag until reduced to puree. Add sugar and essence and Mix. |
