​Ingredientes: 6 yemas de huevo 2 tazas de agua ¾ tazas de azúcar vainilla y/o ralladura de limón 4 cucharadas de potato starch (Fécula de papa) Procedimiento Mezclas 6 yemas, dos tazas de agua, ¾ taza de azúcar, esencia de vainilla o ralladura de limón y 4 cucharada de potato mezclar y espesar a fuego alto moviendo para que no se hagan grumos
