MOUSSE DE CHOCOLATE PARVE / PARVE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredientes: 6 huevos, 1 taza de azúcar, ½ vaso de aceite, 150 gr. De chocolate Procedimiento: Batir las claras a nieve con la mitad del azúcar. Batir las yemas con la otra mitad del azúcar hasta que esté blanco. Derretir el chocolate con el aceite en el microondas y agregar a las yemas. Incorporar suavemente las claras a nieve. Freeze​

​Ingredients:

6 eggs,

1 cup of sugar,

½ glass of oil,

150 grams Of chocolate



Process:

Beat the egg whites to snow with half the sugar. Beat the yolks with the other

half of the sugar until white. Melt the chocolate with the oil in the

microwave and add to the yolks. Gently incorporate the egg whites into snow.
