MOUSSE DE CHOCOLATE LIGHT / LOW CARB CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredientes: 100 gr. de chocolate amargo, 3 claras de huevo Procedimiento: Cortar el chocolate en trocitos y hacerlo derretir con dos cucharadas de agua sobre calor suave o al microondas. Batir con una pizca de sal las claras, a punto de nieve firme. Agregarlas delicadamente a la crema de chocolate. Distribuir en copas y llevar al frío hasta el momento de servir

​Ingredients:

100 grams dark chocolate,

3 egg whites



Process:

Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it with two tablespoons of water

over gentle heat or in the microwave. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt,

firm snow point. Gently add them to the chocolate cream.

Distribute in glasses and take to the cold until the moment of serving
