Ingredientes: 1 kilo de frutillas, Azúcar 2 tazas grandes, 3 claras, Jugo de limón Procedimiento: Licuar las frutillas y agregar en un bol grande las 3 claras y el azúcar con el limón. Batir hasta lograr un rosa clarito.
