Ingredientes:
Preparación: Deshacer la manteca y dorar una cebolla grande picada. Agregar el choclo.
Cocinar por 2 minutos Agregar la leche y la harina. Mezclar con tenedor. Sacarlo del fuego y salpimentar. Agregar el queso y la nuez moscada. Agregar 2 yemas y las claras a nieve. Lleva a horno caliente por 20 min.
