BIZCOCHUELO DE LIMON O NARANJA / LEMON OR ORANGE SPONGE CAKE

​INGREDIENTES: 1 pan de margarina 1 1/2 tazas de azúcar 2 tazas de harina leudante 4 yemas 1 chorrito de leche Ralladura de 1 limón o naranja Jugo de 1 1/2 limón o naranja 4 claras a nieve Preparación Mezclar todo. Horno mediano.

​INGREDIENTS: 1 stick margarine 200 gr 1 1/2 cups of sugar 2 cups of self rising flour 4 yolks 1 splash of milk Zest of 1 lemon or orange Juice of 1 1/2 lemon or orange 4 egg whites Directions: Mix everything. Bake at Medium heat.
