TANGY GEFILTE FISH LOAVES INSTAPOT

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 one-pound loaves of frozen gefilte fish. All the wrapping removed. DO NOT DEFROST.

  • 1 pound baby carrots or 1 pound peeled and sliced large carrots

  • 12 ounces cocktail sauce

  • Lettuce leaves for garnish


ADDED WATER

1 cup



Directions

1 Pour the 1 cup ADDED WATER into the EPC pot.

2 Place the carrots in the water, then place the fish on the carrots. Top the fish with the cocktail sauce.

3 Lock the lid and close the pressure valve. Cook for 20 minutes using manual high pressure mode.

4 Naturally release the pressure for 10 minutes then manually release the pressure.

5 Chill the fish for at least 2 hours. Cut each loaf into8 pieces and serve garnished with lettuce and carrots.
