Ingredients: 1 kg of spinach washed, stemmed and drained. 1 tbsp. of oil, 1 clove garlic, 1/2 tsp. of salt, Pepper, Nutmeg, 4 eggs, 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, Butter 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs (or matzo Meal for Passover)

Directions: Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the garlic and add the spinach. Simmer for 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Beat the eggs with the cream and add. Butter a mold and pour The batter. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bits of butter. Cook in a preheated oven for 15 min.
