SOLE WITH MUSTARD CREAM

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo of sole fillets bathed in salt and lemon.

  • 1 cup of whipping cream,

  • 2 tablespoons of mustard,

  • grated cheese




Directions:

  • Mix the mustard with the cream.
