SOLE ROLLS WITH GREEN SAUCE (MICROWAVE)

Ingredients:

  • 400g sole fillets,

  • 20 g of butter,

  • 1 fontina cheese (small triangle)

  • 5 tbsp. milk,

  • 4 tbsp. finely chopped parsley,

  • 2 tomatoes,

  • grated cheese



Directions:

  • Cut the fillets lengthwise, roll them up and arrange them in a round shaped flat baking dish. Put the quartered tomatoes in the center. Season.

  •  Mix the milk with the crushed cheese, the parsley, pour it all over the fish, sprinkle with 2 tbsp. of grated cheese, spread pieces of butter and cook on medium for 8 to 9 ½ minutes
