Directions: Cut the fillets lengthwise, roll them up and arrange them in a round shaped flat baking dish. Put the quartered tomatoes in the center. Season. Mix the milk with the crushed cheese, the parsley, pour it all over the fish, sprinkle with 2 tbsp. of grated cheese, spread pieces of butter and cook on medium for 8 to 9 ½ minutes
