Ingredients : 2 kg of beef, oil, 2 kg of onion, 5 whole garlic cloves, 1 glass of white wine, 1 cube of meat, 2 whole carrots, salt and pepper
Preparation : Season the meat the night before and refrigerate. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. Seal the meat in oil in a deep pot. Remove the meat and sauté the sliced onion in that oil. Place the meat on top with the carrots. Add the wine and the ice cube dissolved in water. Boil covered for 2 hours and stir to prevent sticking. Serve sliced with onions around.
