SAUCEPAN ROAST

Ingredients :

  • 2 kg of beef,

  • oil,

  • 2 kg of onion,

  • 5 whole garlic cloves,

  • 1 glass of white wine,

  • 1 cube of meat,

  • 2 whole carrots,

  • salt and pepper



Preparation :

  • Season the meat the night before and refrigerate. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.

  • Seal the meat in oil in a deep pot.

  • Remove the meat and sauté the sliced onion in that oil.

  • Place the meat on top with the carrots.

  • Add the wine and the ice cube dissolved in water.

  • Boil covered for 2 hours and stir to prevent sticking.

  • Serve sliced with onions around.
