(Add sugar, thyme and any other flavor you may like)Slice the salmon into 3 or 4 long strips, depending on the way you like to braid the challah. Braid the salmon. Season with Zero salt rub of your liking. Put it on the grill (or broil) in low. Meanwhile prepare a simple glaze of orange juice and maple. Baste the salmon with the glaze. Serve with challah and mashed potatoes.
