Ingredients:
Directions: Dice the meat and let it marinate for at least 12 hours in the wine, with the bouquet, the diced carrot and the sliced onion with salt and pepper. Drain the pieces of meat and pass them through the starch. Sauté in oil and brown for 10 minutes. Wet the meat with the marinade liquid, add salt and pepper again. Cook in a pot for 1 hour and a half. Add the sautéed onions.
