PASSOVER PIONONO

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tbsp sugar,

  • 4 eggs,

  • 2 Tbsp potato starch and

  • 2 matzah meal,

  • parchment paper



Directions:

  • Beat the sugar with the eggs very strongly until It gets white, thick and sparkling.

  • Add the starch and flour little by little, beating very slowly until it gets together.

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and dump the preparation.

  • Bake at hot temp for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly golden.

  • Then roll up the pionono without removing the paper

  •  Cool and barely open to remove the paper and Fill
