Ingredients: 3 eggs, 1/2 cup potato starch, 1/2 cup water, 2 tbsp oil. Procedure: Beat the eggs until creamy. Add the remaining ingredients and beat vigorously. Heat the oil in a pan and fry small pancakes. Cut into noodles, then add to the broth before serving. |
