PASSOVER CHOCOLATE PUDDING

Ingredients:

2 yolks,

  650 cm3 of milk,

50 gr of starch,

50 grams of sugar,

  50 gr of cup chocolate,

1 tbsp sweet cocoa



Preparation:

Dissolve the starch with a little milk, add it to the mixture of the yolks, the sugar,

softened chocolate, and cocoa. Slowly add the rest of the milk. cooking in one

saucepan, stirring constantly until thickened, and transfer to a bowl. Refrigerator.

2 yemas,

650 cm3 de leche,

50 gr de fécula,

50 gr de azúcar,

50 gr de chocolate de taza,

1 cda de cacao dulce


 

Preparación:

Disolver la fécula con un poco de leche, incorporarla a lamezcla de las yemas, el azúcar,

el chocolate ablandado, y el cacao. Agregar despacio el resto de laleche. Cocinar en una

cacerola, revolviendo siempre hasta que espese, y pasar a un bol. Heladera.
