PASSOVER BROWNIES 2

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 300 g of hot chocolate

  • 200 g of butter (or margarine if you eat it with meat)

  • 1 and 3/4 cups of sugar

  • 1 and 1/2 cups of potato starch



Preparation

  • Dissolve the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler and let it cool.

  • Beat the eggs and add the sugar little by little, while continuing to beat the eggs.

  • Once the eggs are beaten with the sugar, add the chocolate and butter and gradually add the flour with circular movements.

  • Place the mixture on a large, greased and floured baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

  • It is very important to take care when cooking and not overcook it so that the inside remains moist.

  • Mark the portions hot
