Ingredients. To prepare the base of the ice cream you need: EGG WHITES 6 Recipe Ice Cream without milk (Parve) WHITE SUGAR 200gr. dessert SUNFLOWER OIL 1/3 GLASS kosher With these three ingredients we are going to make the base of the ice cream to which we can later add any flavor we want. First, we separate the egg whites from the yolks and place them in different containers. Of the 200 grams of sugar, we put 150 in the egg whites and 50 in the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff with an electric mixer and beat the yolks together with the small glass of oil until stiff, also with an electric mixer. Tip, make sure the bowl where you put the egg whites is completely dry of water, because if it has even a little bit of water, the egg whites will not whip into snow and you will be beating for thousands of hours. Don't let even a drop of yolk fall into the egg whites, because they won't whip up. And get in the habit of checking the eggs for blood. Once this is ready, we need to add flavor to the mix. I recommend trying it with bananas first; it comes out delicious! If you decide to follow my advice and make it with bananas, use about 4 ripe bananas, mash them with a fork or blend them, and add them to the yolks. Then, fold the yolk and banana mixture into the egg whites, mixing gently with a spatula. Once everything is mixed, put it in a Tupperware container and put it in the freezer, and that's it! You have a banana ice cream, without milk or cream, which in Jewish slang is called "parve." Now, if you want a different flavor, simply add it to the yolks and then follow the same process. For example, a couple of bars of dark chocolate melted in a double boiler. Instead of 200g of sugar, you can add just 50g of dark chocolate. Or if you prefer something more exotic, add 1/4 of a chopped kumquat, soaked in 1/2 a glass of whiskey. Blended strawberries, kiwi... whatever you can think of!
