PARVE CHOCOLATE BOMBONS

Ingredients :

  • 4 tbsp strong coffee,

  • ½ tbsp white wine,

  • ½ cup of sugar,

  • 190 gr of pareve hot chocolate,

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

  • , 2 tbsp sweet cocoa,

  • 2 tbsp chopped candied orange peels



Preparation :

  • Soften the chocolate in the microwave.

  • Heat the coffee, add the other ingredients, and bring everything together to a boil in a double boiler.

  • Wrap the dough in plastic wrap to form a 3 cm cylinder.

  • Cool and unmold the next day.

  • Cut into thin slices. If necessary, let it dry for up to a couple of days, covered with a cloth at room temperature.

  • Store in the refrigerator.
