Ingredients : 4 tbsp strong coffee, ½ tbsp white wine, ½ cup of sugar, 190 gr of pareve hot chocolate, 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional) , 2 tbsp sweet cocoa, 2 tbsp chopped candied orange peels
Preparation : Soften the chocolate in the microwave. Heat the coffee, add the other ingredients, and bring everything together to a boil in a double boiler. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap to form a 3 cm cylinder. Cool and unmold the next day. Cut into thin slices. If necessary, let it dry for up to a couple of days, covered with a cloth at room temperature. Store in the refrigerator.
