MUSTARD BEEF

Ingredients:

  • 1 roast

  • 2 tbsp mustard,

  • 2 cloves of garlic,

  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar

  •  4 tbsp olive oil,

  • Salt



Directions:

  • Peel and flatten the garlic.

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan and put the roast

  •  Mix the mustard, the vinegar and add it to the half cooked beef.

  •  Add the garlic and continue cooking over low heat, covered, turning the meat from time to time

  • Add Salt at the end.

  • Slice and drizzle with the sauce.
