MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients

3 eggs

1/2 cup oil

1 cup of sugar

1 and 1/2 cup of milk or almond milk

2 cups of wheat flour

1 cup of chocolate powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

Beat everything in the mixer except the flour, start with the liquids so as not to clump, when it is well homogenized, turn off and add the flour by pressing the pulse button, mixing without beating. Transfer to a greased and floured mold and place in a medium oven for about 40 minutes. If you want, cover with brigadeiro or another chocolate coating.
