Ingredients : 1 rump steak weighing 1 ¼ kg, salt pepper, 1 onion, thinly sliced, ½ cup julienned carrots, ½ cup julienned green chili, 1 tsp pizza seasoning, ½ glass of white wine
Preparation : Place the oil in a pan and cook the meat for 5 minutes on each side, at maximum. Remove, distribute the marinated vegetables, drizzle with white wine and cook covered for 15 minutes on low heat. Remove and let stand.
