Ingredients : 1 pair of lamb 1,500KG, 1 clove of garlic, ½ tsp of aromatic herbs, salt, pepper, 1 tsp paprika, 3 tbsp of oil, 3 tbsp vinegar, 1 kg of potatoes
Preparation : Mix the crushed garlic, seasonings, oil and vinegar. Rub the leg of lamb with the oil and roast it on the browning tray for a maximum of 13 minutes on each side. Take it out, put it in a dish, cover it again with the marinade, arrange the potatoes, drizzle with oil and cook on medium for 10 minutes.
