Preparation Place sugar and water (very little) in a saucepan and make the caramel. Place the caramel in the pudding mold. In a bowl, place the mixed eggs, the warm milk with the vanilla and sugar, mix well without beating until everything is combined. Place in the flan dish and cover with film. Microwave for 7 minutes at 50% power and 9 minutes at 100% power. Let it cool, put it in the refrigerator and unmold. It can be served with dulce de leche or whipped cream.
