Microwaved Egg Flan

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of sugar (for the caramel)

  • water quantity needed

  • 800 cc of milk

  • 200 grams of sugar

  • 6 eggs

  • vanilla essence

  • microwave flan mold



Preparation

  • Place sugar and water (very little) in a saucepan and make the caramel. Place the caramel in the pudding mold.

  • In a bowl, place the mixed eggs, the warm milk with the vanilla and sugar, mix well without beating until everything is combined.

  • Place in the flan dish and cover with film.

  • Microwave for 7 minutes at 50% power and 9 minutes at 100% power.

  • Let it cool, put it in the refrigerator and unmold.

  • It can be served with dulce de leche or whipped cream.
