Ingredients : •Approximately 1 box of matzah, or more. •2 bars of kosher parve chocolate (approximately 200 grams) •200 grams of parve margarine •1 cup of sugar •Water or orange juice for soaking the matzot •6 egg yolks •1 teaspoon of vanilla extract •Chopped walnuts Preparation : 1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and set it aside . 2. Beat the margarine until creamy, gradually add the sugar, then the egg yolks, continue beating, add the melted chocolate and finally the vanilla. 3. In another bowl, beat 4 egg whites until stiff, add 4 tablespoons of sugar and when the sugar is well incorporated, add this mixture little by little, folding it into the previous mixture... 4. Butter a mold. 5 We soak the matzot in water or orange juice, if we don't want to make it parve we soak them in milk, and in the mold we start by putting a little of the chocolate mixture, we put a matza, on top the chocolate, caramelized nuts and so on until finishing with chocolate and nuts on top... it is taken to the refrigerator and we have a super easy to make and tasty dessert.

Note: If you don't have or don't want to, don't add the nuts and you can add chocolate chips or granulated chocolate instead.
