Ingredients Makes 7 bites 5 large eggs 1/4 cup (59 ml) milk or any milk substitute 1 green onion, thinly sliced 3 ounces (85 g) smoked salmon, cut into thin slices (8-13mm) pieces A teaspoon of salt, or more to tast a teaspoon of black pepper, or more to taste 1 cup (236m1) of water
Directions Place the eggs and milk and mix in a 2-cup (500 mL) measuring cup. Add the salt and pepper and mix well. Take a silicone egg mold and spray the inside with oil. Divide the green onions and salmon among the seven openings. Pour the egg mass on top of the onions and salmon, about three quarters. Cover the entire pan with aluminum foil. Pour the water into the inner pot. Place the steam rack in the countertop and the egg on top. Lift the handles of the rack and press against the pan to secure and lift up slightly to place in pot. Secure the lid, making sure that the steam the release handle is in the sealing position. Press the bottom of PRESSURE and set the cooking time to 8 minutes.when cooking time is complete, let the pot stand for 8 minutes in natural release and then press the pressure release to remove any remaining pressure. Press CANCEL. Remove the lid, and take out the mold. Serve on a plate
