LOW CARB CHEESECAKE 2

Ingredients :

  • 3 large pots of semi-skimmed cheese

  • 8 tbsp granulated or powdered sweetener

  • zest of 1 lemon

  • vanilla essence

  • 5 eggs

  • 1 cup of light jam

  • 1 tsp lemon juice



Preparation:

  • Place three large pots of semi-skimmed cheese in a bowl.

  • Add sucralose or stevia to taste (approx. 8 tbsp.), zest of 1 lemon and vanilla essence.

  • Add, one at a time, beating, 5 whole eggs.

  • Preheat the oven. Spray a baking dish with Fritolim and pour the cheese mixture into it.

  • Bake for about an hour at moderate heat, until the top looks slightly golden.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack with the mold.

  • Unmold and discard any water that usually escapes.

  • Put in the refrigerator.

  • When it's cold, melt a little light jam with a few drops of lemon juice, let it cool, and cover the cake.

  • Take to refrigerator
