Ingredients:
Directions : Beat all the ingredients (except the apple) and place in portions in a Teflon or common frying pan, previously sprayed with oil ; remove the excess with a white paper towel. Cook the pancakes on both sides, taking care not to burn them. Meanwhile, boil the green apple, peeled and cut into thin slices, for about five minutes in water. Let cool and sweeten with sweetener to taste. Fill the pancakes with the fruit, close up.
