LEEKS PUDDING

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of leeks (3 or 4 leeks)

  • 1 large onion chopped

  • 2 eggs

  • salt and pepper

  • 2 cups of grated cheese

  • 200 ml of whipping cream

  • 1 large tbsp cornstarch



Directions

  • wash the leeks well. Chop them and sauté them in oil or butter.

  •  Sauté the chopped onion and add it to the leeks.

  • Cover the pot and cook together for 5 minutes.

  • remove from the fire. Add the eggs, a cup of the cheese, the cornstarch and finally the cream. Season to taste.

  • Spray a pyrex with oil or butter and pour the repair. Cover with the rest of the cheese. Bake in a low oven for an hour until the cheese is golden and the edges peel off.
