Ingredients
Directions wash the leeks well. Chop them and sauté them in oil or butter. Sauté the chopped onion and add it to the leeks. Cover the pot and cook together for 5 minutes. remove from the fire. Add the eggs, a cup of the cheese, the cornstarch and finally the cream. Season to taste. Spray a pyrex with oil or butter and pour the repair. Cover with the rest of the cheese. Bake in a low oven for an hour until the cheese is golden and the edges peel off.
