Ingredients 1 large onion Garlic 2 or 3 leeks pepper and salt nutmeg 1 tbsp cornstarch 10 eggs 2 tsp baking powder
Directions Sauté a large finely chopped onion. Then add crushed garlic and continue frying. Add the leeks, well cleaned, checked for bugs and thinly slice. Sauté everything and add salt. Pepper and nutmeg. Mix well and continue cooking. Cover the pot and simmer, the leek is already soft. Then uncover the pot and add a tablespoon of cornstarch and mix well. It has to stay dry. For these molds that I use, I cracked 10 eggs, added salt and baking powder. Mix with the leeks and pour onto the pans already lined with baking paper. Bake in a hot oven until done.
