Leek sauce for pasta or fish

Ingredients :

• 2 leeks

• 50 g of unsalted butter

• 1 tbsp OSEM powdered broth

• 1 glass of white wine

• 200 g of cream

Preparation :

• Sauté the chopped leeks in unsalted butter.

• When they are almost transparent, add 1 tbsp of Osem powdered soup and a glass of white wine.

• Cook for 5 minutes and finally add the cream.

• If it is for pasta, add grated cheese.
