GEFILTE FISH LOAF INSTAPOT

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 loaves of half a kilo of frozen gefilte fish. All packaging was removed. DO NOT THAW.

  • 1 pound baby carrots or 1 pound peeled and large sliced ​​carrots

  • 12 ounces of cocktail sauce

  • Lettuce leaves to decorate

 

 ADDED WATER

 1 cup

 



Directions

  • Pour 1 cup of ADDED WATER into the EPC pot.

  • Place the carrots in the water, then place the fish on top of the carrots. Cover the fish with the cocktail sauce.

  • Lock the lid and close the pressure valve. Cook for 20 minutes on high pressure manual mode.

  • Release pressure naturally for 10 minutes, and then release pressure manually.

  • Chill the fish for at least 2 hours. Cut each bar into 8 pieces and serve garnished with lettuce and carrots.
