GARLIC COLOMBIAN POTATOES

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

  • 2 tbs crushed Garlic

  • 1 lb small round potatoes

  • 2 tbsp chopped Parsley

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 cup water



 Directions: 1. In a pan add oil, turmeric, crushed garlic, parsley, salt and pepper 2. Add the potatoes, let them sauté a little and then add water and cover 3. Let cook until softened and the water evaporates Tip: to get them extra crunchy after softening, put in the oven for a few minutes in Broil mode (brown)
