FISH FILLET WITH ORANGE: EASY, FAST AND LIGHT

Ingredients:

  • 4 hake fillets/

  • 3 oranges (thoroughly washed)/

  • salt and pepper/

  • nutmeg (optional)



Directions:

  • season the fillets, sprinkle them with vegetable spray.

  • place them in a preheated frying pan. Turn them over and sprinkle them with the juice of one orange and cover with the remaining unpeeled slices and add the nutmeg

  • Cover and cook to desired doneness. The fish must not overcook

  • It can be served with 1 cooked cup of rice with sour cream
