DIP OF HEARTS OF PALMS

Ingredients

  • Chips or Matzah

  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 Teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 Cup chopped Chives

  • 1/3 Cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 2 Teaspoons lime juice

  • 1/2 Cup cilantro leaves

  • 2 Cans drained hearts of palm

Directions

  1. In a food processor place chives, cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper and hearts of palm

  2. Pulse processor until all ingredients are combined

  3. Place dip in a serving bowl

  4. Drive serving bowl with olive oil

  5. Serve chips or matzah alongside dip

  6. Enjoy!
