DIET CHOCOLATE FLOURLESS SPONGE CAKE

Ingredients : (6 servings)

  • Yolks: 5 units

  • Vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • Liquid sweetener, 2 teaspoons

  • Skimmed milk powder, 9 level tablespoons

  • Baking powder, 3 teaspoons

  • Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons (dessert spoons)

  • Clara: 5 units



Preparation :

  • Beat the egg yolks with an electric mixer for 5 minutes. Add the vanilla extract, lemon zest, and sweetener.

  • Mix the milk powder with the baking powder and cocoa powder and add it to the previous preparation, alternating with the egg whites previously beaten to snow with salt.

  • Spray a 22cm diameter mould with cooking spray, cover the bottom with a disc of baking paper, also sprayed with cooking spray, and pour the mixture inside.

  • Bake at a moderate temperature for 40 to 50 minutes.

  • Remove from the pan and place on a wire rack; it will shrink slightly as it cools.
