Place a rack/trivet on the EPC pot. Place roast on top of grill.
Pour the Coca Cola and the orange juice over the roast.
Carefully arrange the vegetables around the roast.
Pour tomato sauce over roast and vegetables, then sprinkle onion soup mixture over roast/vegetables.
Lock the lid and close the pressure valve. Cook for 55 minutes using high pressure manual mode.
Release pressure naturally for 30 minutes, and then release pressure manually.
Remove the roast. Wait 10 minutes, then cut the roast into thin slices. Arrange the slices in a baking dish or saucepan.
Finish off wit vegetables and pan juices. Serve hot or cold.
