Ingredients: ½ kg of beef liver, 4 hard-boiled eggs, Salt Pepper, paprika 2 tbsp onion finely chopped 2 tbsp chicken fat and ½ cup oil Direcctions: Grill the liver on the griddle to medium. Cut it into small pieces and sauté in oil for 10 minutes together with the onion Chop it with the hard-boiled eggs. Mix with the other ingredients until a very smooth paste is left, place on a platter and garnish with grated hard boiled egg
