CHOLENT PREFERIDO (ANAIS)

INGREDIENTS
2 chopped onions
1 cup barley
1 cup cholent mix (optional)
Sweet paprika
Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons bouillon powder
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper paste (pilpel tzuma)
3 tablespoons harissa
1 head of peeled garlic
2 diced potatoes
2 diced sweet potatoes
Water
3 marrow bones
1/2 kg cubed stew meat
INSTRUCTIONS
In a slow cooker, place the onion and barley. Add plenty of sweet paprika, bouillon powder, hot pepper, harissa, and salt and pepper. Mix everything well. Then add the garlic, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and bones. Mix everything again. Cover with water. Add the same seasonings again. It should be bright red. Place the meat on top and add water until it's covered. Cook for 2 hours at high temperature, then cook at low temperature overnight.
