CHOCOLATE MOUSSE FLOURLESS CAKE (MY FAVORITE)

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 tablet of dark chocolate 150 gr

  • 80 gr. of butter

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 150 g of whipped cream



Preparation

  • Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.

  • Separately, beat the 6 egg yolks with the sugar. Add the melted chocolate.

  • Add the 6 egg whites to the snow.

  • Separate 1/4 of the preparation and mix with the whipped cream.

  • Cook the rest in a greased and floured baking dish.

  • When it is cold, add the chocolate cream without unmolding.

  • Refrigerator with the ring 1 day.

  • Unmold before serving
