Add the melted chocolate.Add the 6 egg whites to the snow.Separate 1/4 of the preparation and mix with the whipped cream.Cook the rest in a greased and floured baking dish.When it is cold, add the chocolate cream without unmolding.Refrigerator with the ring 1 day.Unmold before serving
