CHOCOLATE MARQUISE 2

Ingredients :

For the cake:

  • semi-sweet chocolate 230g;

  • butter 225g;

  • sugar 100g;

  • 125 cc cream;

  • 4 eggs

For the filling :

  • pastry dulce de leche 500g

To finish :

  • cream 250 cc;

  • powdered sugar 2 tbsp;

  • chocolate curls



Preparation :

  • Preheat oven to medium temperature.

  • Melt the chocolate with the butter, sugar, and cream in a double boiler or in the microwave, and let it cool.

  • Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.

  • Pour the mixture into a 24 cm diameter mould, lined with greased and floured aluminium foil.

  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

  • Remove, let cool and unmold.

  • Cover with dulce de leche and top with whipped cream.

  • Decorate with curlers and mint.
