Ingredients : For the cake: For the filling : To finish : cream 250 cc; powdered sugar 2 tbsp; chocolate curls
Preparation : Preheat oven to medium temperature. Melt the chocolate with the butter, sugar, and cream in a double boiler or in the microwave, and let it cool. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Pour the mixture into a 24 cm diameter mould, lined with greased and floured aluminium foil. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove, let cool and unmold. Cover with dulce de leche and top with whipped cream. Decorate with curlers and mint.
