Ingredients :
Preparation : Season the pieces with salt and pepper. Coat the bottom of a frying pan with oil. Heat thoroughly and brown the pieces. Drain. Brown the onion and garlic. When the onion is translucent, add the tomatoes, broth, and wine. When it boils, add the chicken and uncover until the sauce thickens. Meanwhile, wash the peppers and place them wet on the burner. Peel and slice them. Sauté them and add them to the sauce.
