Ingredients:

  • 1 brisket

  • Salt ,

  • Water,

  • lemon,

  • Pepper,

  • red paprika



Directions::

  • Marinate the brisket overnight with water, lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika. For every 2 measures of water, 1 measure of lemon juice.

  • The next day put everything in a roasting pan previously covered with chopped onion.

  • Bake for 3 hours with the juice and tightly covered with aluminum foil. The first half hour at 450 and the rest at 250. If the meat is very thin, less time.
