Ingredients:
Directions : Salt and pepper 1 Kg. Of beef roast. Insert garlic, bell pepper and more ingredients to taste. Brown it in oil on all sides to seal it and when it has a nice color, pour a cup of red wine in the saucepan, taking care not to get burnt. Continue cooking for 3/4 hour - - and keep tossing it until it is ready and adding wine so that it cooks in that sauce. Before removing, add a can of peas - give it 5 'more. To serve, slice it thick and serve with mashed potatoes or the side that you like best.
