BLACK ROAST

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of roast beef or any roast

  • salt and pepper

  • Garlic

  • Red pepper

  •  1/2 cup of olive oil

  •  1 cup of red wine

  •  1 can of peas



Directions :

  • Salt and pepper 1 Kg. Of beef roast.

  • Insert garlic, bell pepper and more ingredients to taste.

  • Brown it in oil on all sides to seal it and when it has a nice color, pour a cup of red wine in the saucepan, taking care not to get burnt.

  •  Continue cooking for 3/4 hour -  - and keep tossing it until it is ready and adding wine so that it cooks in that sauce.

  • Before removing, add a can of peas - give it 5 'more.

  • To serve, slice it thick and serve with mashed potatoes or the side that you like best.
