Ingredients : 1kg of diced eggplant 1/4k of diced red bell peppers 1/4k of green bell peppers 1/4k of yellow bell peppers Cashew nuts 150 grs. Raisins 50 grs. Neutral oil quantity required
Preparation ::: Place the eggplants in an oiled baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and cook until tender. On the other hand, bake the peppers. (This is done separately since the cooking times are different.) Mix everything, before serving, add the chestnuts and raisins.
